Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

A Bachelor of Arts, abbreviated as B.A., is an undergraduate degree programme in arts and related subjects. It is recognized by the Government of Uttar Pradesh and affiliated to CCS University, Meerut. It is a three-year full-time degree programme divided into six semesters.

Programme Objective

The programme has been designed as per the New Education Policy (NEP 2020) and aims at orienting students towards subject-specific knowledge and related practical skills. The programme has been planned to make students world-ready, focusing on enhancing their general awareness, computer literacy, and communication skills.

Future Scope

B.A. candidates can apply for government sector jobs like SSC SI Exam, UPSC CPO Assistant Commandant Exam, UPSC Indian Police Service, Indian Administrative Services, various state-conducted Administrative Services exams, Revenue Department, Indian Foreign Services, State Bank of India Bank PO, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must have passed the 10+2 level of examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University and secured a minimum of 33% marks. Only theory marks of candidates with vocational courses will be considered in non-practical courses.
